The Churrasco Experience

A modern yet authentic interpretation of Southern Brazil’s centuries-old gaucho heritage complete with perfectly seasoned meats and other delectable offerings.

Churrasco (pronounced as ‘shoe-RHAS’-ko’) is a unique type of cooking, created by the Gauchos. After digging pits in the ground, the Gauchos would start a bonfire from the rangelands of the Pampas. Once the fire turns to embers, large pieces of meat were skewered and slowly roasted to perfection over the fire pits.

BRAZEIROS brings a modern interpretation, yet an authentic experience, of Southern Brazil’s centuries-old gaucho heritage. Our guests will have perfectly seasoned meats, prepared by our Gaucho chefs and continuous table-side service of fifteen different cuts of meats; from beef, chicken, pork, sausage, and lamb. Guests will have many other delectable offerings, including a bountiful salad bar featuring over 30 items and limitless sides served at the table.

Each guest controls their service with a green and red, coaster-like card. The green side signals our Gaucho chefs to begin serving the meats, and the red side stops the service. To resume service, simply display the green side once again.

To complete this experience, we offer an extensive international and national wine list, exotic cocktails, including the Brazilian caipirinha, as well as a variety of delicious desserts and coffees.
