Our unique concept features a continuous tableside service of fifteen, delectable cuts of meat, including beef, chicken, pork, lamb and sausage.
Our skilled Gaucho chefs are proudly involved in each part of the meats preparation, from butchering, skewering, seasoning, grilling to happily serving our guests to their temperature preference and specification.
Each guest controls their service with a green and red, coaster-like card. The green side signals our Gaucho chefs to begin serving the meats, and the red side stops the service. To resume service, simply display the green side once again.
